Covid 19 Policy

 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have put new safety measures in place, so if you can please follow our new procedures and policies to help ensure the safety of our staff and clients.

In order to keep to the 2m distance rule, we are limiting the amount of clients in the salon with a maximum of 3 clients in at a time.

We have also separated our stations so that you will be seated 2m apart from others, all tables have been fitted with Perspex screens.

We will keep to a high level of hygiene as per usual and also use a disinfectant fog spray at the end of each day.

Individual pedi and mani kits are also available to purchase.

Before attending appointments if clients can fill out the Covid-19 consent form.

* If you are experiencing any of these symptoms i.e high temperature, new continuous cough can you please reschedule your appointment after 14 days

• Please try to book in advance and stick to your appointment time or cancel well in advance
• Before attending, clients should fill in the consent form via the link on our website
• Please abide to the rules put in place by Nail Spa Cobham and respect them
• Wearing a mask is mandatory when entering the salon, this can be purchased for £1 each if you do not have one of your own
• Clients will need to arrive no earlier or later to the appointment time, and is to wait outside and only enter the salon when another customer leaves, or when a member of staff invites you in
• Clients are to wash their hands-on arrival before treatment or use hand sanitiser available at each desk
• Clients should try not to touch their face or personal belongings such as phones during treatments
• Clients should attend appointment alone unless the client is a minor that needs parental consent
• There will be no waiting or drying area so it is recommended that clients have gel/shellac polishes or will have to leave with wet polish

We do sterilise all our equipment where possible and ones we cannot please purchase

• If clients have a pedicure it is recommended you purchase pedicure kit (see below for prices)
• If clients have nail services it is recommended you purchase a file, buffer and sanding band or a full manicure kit is also available to purchase (see below for prices)

• pedicure kits include...nail file, buffer, toe separators, pumice stone. £10
• cuticle cutter, cuticle pusher, nail clippers. £15(optional) for manicures and pedicures. best to have separate set for hands and feet
